CUSTOM ORDERS
BUSINESSES AND COMPANIES
For companies who are interested in my art and designs, who sell their products to mass market retailers the licensing is 5% with an advance fee of $3000. For companies who sell their products in specialty stores in smaller quantities the licensing fee is 10% with an advance fee of $1,500
NON-PROFITS, ASSOCIATIONS, ORGANIZATIONS, MUSEUMS
For specific products only –for example T-shirts, cards, hats, mugs- there is a flat fee of $500/image without any copyrights, and there is a minimum quantity of 50 pieces.
WHO ACTUALLY OWNS THE ARTWORK?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & custom order artwork and photography. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Being a small start-up business most of my printed products are fulfilled by third party companies with the ‘Print-on-demand’ drop-shipping system.
My main line is fulfilled by Printful and Printify. Only custom order prints are printed locally in Canada, packaged and sent by me directly to the client. That means that for the large majority of my products depending on where you order from, different printing companies are used and I have no, or very little control on the selection of these companies.
Every order and sale is handled by the fulfilling companies but sometimes things might go wrong. From an out-of-stock item to a delay in shipping, or a defective product, the best option is to e-mail me directly and explain what the issue is, and I will do my best to sort things out with the fulfilling companies and find a solution for you.
• All sales of products are final. In the event of a clearly defective product, please contact emmaarnoldart@gmail.com with pictures of the item explaining to us what is wrong with it, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund upon receipt of the product.
• For custom order art prints returns that are defective or damaged, we ask you to return your print or other printed product in the complete original packaging. We will not provide a refund for artwork that is damaged in transit back to us due to poor packaging.
• We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (domestically or internationally), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care in sturdy flat mailers and tubes so that it arrives undamaged. Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we do not run the post office or UPS, and we have no control over the treatment of your package in transit!
• We do not carry any responsibility for items Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen. Please call the post office or Courier Company to address the issue. Quite often it is just a case of putting the wrong or incomplete address.
• We do not offer sales or discounts but we may have different prices for the same product for different art pieces and we may change our prices periodically following increases/decreases in the manufacturing cost.

Products in this e-shop fulfilled by Printful & Printify are shipped to Canada, the US and Europe.
All custom-order art prints printed locally can be shipped anywhere in the world.
