Welcome to Emma Arnold Art. The emmaarnoldart.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Emma Arnold Art . emmaarnoldart.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of emmaarnoldart.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Emma Arnold Art (and emmaarnoldart.com ) offer Digital and mixed media Art Paintings and Photographs, Custom order Art, Designs and Photographs, fulfilled by Printful and Printify as well as Custom Orders printed in Canada, the US or any other country Printful and Printify have printing facilities.
RIGHTS TO ARTWORK AND IMAGES
All artwork, images, and graphics are the sole property of Emma Arnold Art and may not be used by any third party without written permission.
Copying or reproducing artwork created by Emma Arnold Art (as seen on emmaarnoldart.com, or elsewhere) is strictly prohibited without written permission from the artist.
Emma Arnold Art retains all rights to all artwork until it has been purchased by a private individual, collector, or company, non-profit organization, association, public organization/institution, club, at which time the latter receive the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
All copyrights are retained by Emma Arnold Art except if those have been purchased by a license agreement in return for Royalties or agreed flat fee.
Emma Arnold Art retains all rights to the image of all artwork including the rights to the image of sold & custom order art, design and photography.
Any image which includes the artwork in a 3rd party publication (such as social media, magazine, or book) must come with attribution (artwork title, Emma Arnold Art name).
All other uses must be agreed to in advance in writing.

Visiting emmaarnoldart.com or sending emails to Emma Arnold Art constitutes electronic communications. REFUNDS
All sales of products are final. In the event of a clearly defective product, please contact emmaarnoldart@gmail.com with pictures of the item to discuss how to best resolve the issue by replacement or refund.

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share any personal, demographic, or financial data with any third party. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or another direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
